For underarms:
For full coverage, apply to the hair bearing area and continue 1–2 inches onto the surrounding skin.
For privates:

For feet:
Focus between the toes and around the heels.
For everywhere else:
Apply in tummy folds, behind ears, or anywhere else you want to control external odor.
